Those are accommodation areas for workers in Long Hau Industrial Park (floor area 38,230m2, nearly 600 apartments, 1,600 people); Housing area for Dong Quang workers in Hai Son Industrial Park (floor area of more than 7,300m2, 522 apartments, 1,700 people); Tan Duc social housing area (floor area 14,361m2, 458 apartments, layout 1,850 people).

According to the Housing Development Program for the period of 2020 - 2025, with orientation to 2030 approved by the People's Committee of Long An Province, in the period of 2020 - 2025, the province strives to invest in the construction of about 194,000m2, equivalent to 4,848 apartments (each). about 40m2) to meet the housing needs for about 40% of workers with housing difficulties.

In the period 2026 - 2030, the province strives to invest in the construction of 291,000 square meters, equivalent to 7,272 apartments (about 40 square meters each), to meet the housing needs for about 60% of workers with housing difficulties. In addition, the province is developing a social housing project for employees in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030, in which, by 2025, it is necessary to invest in completing 500,000 social housing houses for employees.
